What are the steps of the admissions process?
Easy 3 steps. Gather demographics and insurance, complete pre-screen for medical/clinical approval, schedule admission/transportation if needed.
Does Arista Recovery accept insurance?
At this time, we only accept insurance plans that cover out-of-network benefits, typically PPO & POS insurance plans. We are unable to accept Medicaid or Medicare plans at this time.
Is Arista Recovery accredited?
Yes, we are Joint Commission accredited and licensed by the state of Kansas Health Department.
Do you offer financial assistance?
Yes, we do. Contact our admissions team to further discuss your personal options when it comes to paying for treatment at Arista Recovery.
What are your private pay costs?
Rates for treatment vary depending on your personal requirements for treatment. Contact our admissions team today to learn more about your individual rates for treatment at our facilities.
How is Arista Recovery different from other programs?
Arista Recovery is not your typical treatment provider. We offer a full continuum of care, affordable treatment, evidence-based therapies through unique approaches including Synergistic Recovery Programming, equine therapy, horticulture therapy, art therapy, yoga, and medication-assisted treatment. We also work with most major insurance providers to help cover many of the costs associated with treatment.

How do I tell my loved ones where I am going?
We can easily assist in facilitating a conversation between you and your loved ones or you can tell them yourself or not at all. This is totally up to you.
What do I bring to rehab?
Please ask for a copy of our Welcome Packet to view our list of what to bring to rehab!
Are my family members or friends allowed to visit?
Yes, based on clinical approval and recommendations.
What if my loved one is not ready for treatment but needs it?
We work closely with family members and loved ones to refer an interventionist who can assist in getting your loved one to agree to go to treatment.
What happens if I have a pending legal issue?
Arista Recovery will work with your legal team to provide documentation confirming your attendance at our program.
What happens if I need to travel for treatment?
Arista Recovery is proud to be an Uber Health partner. We will assist in arrange travel to and from our facility.
How Do I Tell My Employer I Am Going to Treatment?
Our intake coordinators will assist you in the processing of applying for FMLA or short-term disability.
Will my job know I am going to treatment?
No, not unless you tell them or sign a release for them to be shared on your progress.
What do I tell my probation officer if I am going to treatment?
Once you schedule your intake, you should notify your probation officer that you are going to treatment. Once you have admitted, our team will assist in providing the proper documentation and ROI regarding your treatment.
