Audrey Zachary, LCPC, CRADC, serves as Executive Director at Arista, bringing over a decade of leadership experience in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment. With a strong clinical foundation and a strategic operational mindset, Audrey is known for building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering meaningful patient outcomes.

Audrey earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and completed her MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Southern Indiana in August 2025. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois and a Certified Reciprocal Alcohol and Drug Counselor, combining deep clinical expertise with executive leadership capabilities.

She joined Arista in September 2025, bringing extensive experience leading treatment programs, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with state and accreditation standards. Throughout her career, Audrey has successfully improved program performance, enhanced patient satisfaction, and implemented systems that support sustainable growth and quality care delivery.

Her background spans admissions, direct clinical care, and executive leadership, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the full continuum of care from initial patient engagement through long-term recovery. She leads with a balance of empathy and accountability, fostering a collaborative environment focused on both client success and team development.
